ImmigrationLayer is a hosted MCP server and website operated by Zentered Studios. It returns dated, cited data about USCIS form editions, fees, processing times, and the Visa Bulletin. Some tools are free; others require a paid plan billed through Stripe.

Every answer that returns data carries an as_of date, asource_url, and a content_hash so you can check it against the original USCIS or Department of State page. ImmigrationLayer makes no warranty that the data is accurate, current, or complete at the moment you read it: verify against the cited source before relying on it for a filing.

If you hold an account or an API key, you're responsible for keeping it confidential and for activity under it. Revoke a key immediately if it's exposed.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle you sign up for; cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. SeePrivacy for how we handle account and usage data.
