Select Scan Tools, sign in with the same email you used at Checkout, then select Create. In a new chat, select ImmigrationLayer from the tools menu before asking for a check.
Use ChatGPT on the web with developer-mode access. Business requires an admin or owner; Enterprise/Edu requires workspace permission. On Pro, ChatGPT treats the paid tools as write actions, so Pro reaches only the four free tools. The paid tools need Business, Enterprise, or Edu. Availability depends on your plan and workspace settings.
